BenefitsHolidaysThe Company provides ten (10) paid holidays to eligible full-time employees. These holidays are selected at the company’s discretion each year and communicated to employees in advance prior to each year. Paid Time Off (PTO)All full-time employees will accrue paid time off at a rate of 5 hours per pay period for a total of 120 hours of paid time off (“PTO”) per calendar year, beginning on their date of hire. PTO may be used for vacation, illness, bereavement or for any other personal reason. Employees with five or more years of employment with the Company are eligible for 160 hours of PTO per year. PTO will accrue at a rate of 6.66 hours per pay period. InsuranceMoxtek® offers certain insurance and other benefits to eligible employees. Regular full-time employees who work 32 hours or more per week are eligible for the following benefits:
Tuition ReimbursementTo be eligible for participation in the tuition reimbursement program, you must be a full-time employee with six months of service. In addition, you must be in good standing and meet the performance standards for your position. Supplemental/Voluntary InsuranceEmployees may be able to purchase supplemental/voluntary insurance policies through a third party provider.
