Our Community

As part of preparing for the 2002 Winter Olympics our circulation routes are easy to use with little or no congestion. We are located just off I-15 Fwy. Our offices are close to a diversity of housing opportunities, major entertainment, and recreation attractions. Whether you live within the city limits of Orem, or one of its surrounding cities, you will belong to a community with a low crime rate, excellent public education, and countless opportunities to contribute to civic activities, and volunteer organizations.

OREM PUBLIC EDUCATION

The Public Schools in Orem are some of the best in the State. There are 16 Elementary schools, three Jr. High schools, three high schools with nationally rated programs, and one rapidly growing College, UVU. Nearby is BYU, a nationally ranked University in Athletics and Scholastics.

HOUSING

Orem, along with its surrounding communities, offers a wide variety of housing opportunities. You can find a home close to our offices and retail centers, or a home in a more rural setting with excellent view of our mountains. Property taxes are approximately 1 to 1.2 percent of the home’s value. Since Utah produces relatively large amounts of natural resources, our residence enjoy low energy rates.
