ProFlux Visible Light Polarizers (PPL & PFU)
Moxtek® introduces sub-wavelength pixelated polarizers available as two, three and four-state devices for polarimetric imaging. Snapshot imaging is now possible eliminating the noise due to scene movement in sequential imaging. Using 200 mm wafer technology Moxtek is able to manufacture these devices in high-volume.
The Absorptive polarizers are extremely useful in optical systems where stray light is a key concern. Designed specifically for the blue, green, and red channels, these polarizers help with the fine-tuning of your system to reduce the amount of light being reflected from the polarizers.
Wire-Grid Polarizing Beamsplitter
Moxtek has optimized its wire-grid technology to operate at 45° to provide for the highest durability polarizing beamsplitters. These beamsplitters can be used for a variety of both imaging and non-imaging applications for display products and scientific instruments.
BIR Infrared Polarizers
Designed and manufactured to support broadband applications, the BIR04A High Contrast infrared polarizer is ideal for applications where contrast is crucial. The BIR05A High Transmission infrared polarizer is ideal for applications where the optical efficiency is of paramount performance. While designed for broadband performance, the same technology behind the BIR04A and BIR05A infrared polarizers may be optimized for specific applications to deliver even higher contrast and optical performance.
SIR Infrared Polarizers
ProFlux® Nanowire® Ultraviolet polarizers offer excellent solutions for UV and DUV applications. High transmission and high contrast choices are available.
ProFlux® Ultra Broadband
ProFlux Ultra Broadband polarizers are designed to offer the best solution for almost any multi-wavelength application. The performance begins at 250nm and works well throughout the visible and infrared regions. With a Fused Silica substrate the performance will work excellently well beyond the 4.0μm wavelength. The large acceptance angle eases alignment concerns allowing the engineer to focus on other areas of their solution.The durability of the polarizer is the same as the current ProFlux family of products.

DuraBeryllium® X-ray Windows
Moxtek DuraBeryllium Windows are the highest performing beryllium windows available. DuraBeryllium windows have high x-ray transmission, are vacuum tight, and corrosion resistant. Moxtek Beryllium windows are used in a variety of applications including microanalysis, EDXRF, WDXRF, and XRD.
Sealed Proportional Counter Windows
Moxtek® Sealed Proportional Counter Windows allow high transmission of low-energy x-rays (including Boron). These windows are ideal for sealed proportional counter applications that require analysis of light elements.
ProLINE™ Series Windows
ProLINE™ Series windows are ideal for applications that require high transmission of low energy x-rays. ProLINE Series windows have higher performance over stretched polypropylene and other commonly used WDXRF windows.
AP3 ultra-thin polymer windows are the highest performing x-ray windows available for low energy x-ray analysis. AP3 windows are ideal for applications that require high x-ray transmission of light element energies, high mechanical strength, light rejection, vacuum tightness, and reliability.
