Whether you need a few parts in a unique shape or you plan on going into high volume production, custom samples is where you begin.  Go here for more information on custom shapes.

Custom Orders

There are several parameters needed for Custom Orders:

• Information necessary for a Custom Request For Quote.
  • Material Type (Subject)
  • AR coating (yes or no)
  • Dimensions
  • Visual Quality Grade
  • Performance data (yes or no)
  • Orientation of the Transmission Axis
  • Quantity
  • Comments

• Ordering Custom Parts
  • A $1000 minimum total order amount
  • $500 minimum line amount per each line if more than one line is ordered
  • Lead time/Availability – 30 business days from the receipt of an order for quantities of 100 or more.
  • A separate line item constitutes any change in the spec other than the quantity.  For example, if you order the same material type, but change the orientation of the transmission axis, they are considered two different line items.

• General Policy for High Volume/Mass Production Orders
  • A production order is defined by consumption of 1000 parts or more per month consistently over more than 3 months.
  • 60 day notice before first production shipment.
  • Request quotes for purchase orders by filling out a Custom Request For Quote

Surplus Orders

There are several parameters for Surplus Orders. As the exact dimensions may not be currently available, the Dimension Size Tolerance boxes should be filled in so a quote for the product similiar to the size can be sent to you.

• Information necessary for a Surplus Request For Quote.
  • Material Type (Subject)
  • AR coating (yes or no)
  • Dimensions
  • Dimension Size Tolerance
  • Visual Quality Grade
  • Performance data (yes or no)
  • Orientation of the Transmission Axis
  • Quantity
  • Comments

• Ordering Sample Parts
  • No Dollar minimum total order amount
  • $30 Handling Fee for first Line Item on Purchase Order
  • $15 Handling Fee for each subsequest Line Item on Purchase Order(If 2 lines or more are ordered)
  • If Line Amount is > $500 there is no Handling Fee for that particular Line Item ordered
  • Lead time/Availability – Ships in a matter of days
