How to Request a Quote. Fill in the request for quote information on Request for Quote : X-Ray Division or Request for Quote: Optics Division and click the 'Submit' button. Quote Requests must include a brief description, quantity, required dates, specifications and custom requirements, if any, in the comments field. You will receive an acknowledgement immediately. You will be contacted by a MOXTEK Representative within 48 hours.

Go to Request a Quote: X-Ray page and fill out your contact details. Check specifications and download the datasheet from 40kV Magnum X-ray Tube page. In the comments field type: 40kV Magnum X-ray Tube; Anode: W; Wire length: 11.5 in; Quantity: 1; Application: XRF analysis; Expect the order: 1 month.

Products. If you require a quotation for a specific product and are not sure of the part number(s) please give a brief description in the comments field. Lead Time. The lead time is the period of time between the receipt of order and product shipment. Typical lead time is 2-6 weeks.

Custom Orders. The lead time for custom orders is determined on an individual basis.

Payments. The payment information should be on the invoice as well as the customers statement of account that is sent once a month. MOXTEK accepts Checks, Wiretransfers, MasterCard, and Visa credit cards in U.S. dollars only. Credit card orders must include the credit card number and the expiration date. Delivery. Orders are sent by ordinary surface mail or airmail. The cost associated with the delivery is indicated in the Purchase Order. Delivery within the continental United States requires 1 to 4 days; delivery elsewhere requires 1-2 weeks. Faster delivery service can be arranged at additional cost. Please indicate your preferred delivery option on your request for quotation form.

Prices. These are subject to change without notice.

Returns Policy. Claims for missing or damaged products will be honored up to six months from initial delivery date. Please apply in writing to the above address giving full details of the claims.
