| The MXP-D1 pulse-shaping amplifier(PSA) contains a fully programmable digital pulse-shaping amplifier, a PID temperature controller, detector bias, preamplifier power supply, and an optional count rate correction circuit.
This amplifier has a count rate correction circuit and when coupled with the PF2400 Si-PIN x-ray detector is ideal for x-ray powder diffraction applications. This combination of the MXP-D1 and the PF2400 enables the resolution of Cu Kalpha and Cu Kbeta lines with a linear output count rate of up to 50,000 counts per second. Software to create a region of interest is supplied with the MXP-D1 box. |
