| The PF2400 x-ray detector is a low-cost alternative to expensive larger XRD detectors. This detector combines a silicon PIN diode, a MOXTEK ultra-low-noise JFET, and a high performance multi-stage thermoelectric cooler, achieving a stable output signal over high count rates. The preamp provides a low-noise signal output to the MOXTEK MXP-D1 or to a customer supplied analog or digital pulse shaping amplifier. This detector has an integrated external fan and heat sink. | |||||
