Featured Products: The New XE600 is MOXTEK’s newest 6mm2 EDXRF detector, achieving typical resolution of 177eV (Fe55, 5.9 KeV @ -30ºC, 6µsec shaping). The New XE1300 is MOXTEK’s newest 13mm2 EDXRF detector, with typical resolution of 230eV (Fe55, 5.9 KeV @ -35ºC, 6µsec shaping). The XE detectors combine a silicon PIN diode, a MOXTEK ultra-low-noise JFET, and a high performance two-stage
thermoelectric cooler to achieve a stable output signal over high count
rates. This detector is ideal for many applications including: RoHS/WEEE,
alloy sorting, and light element analysis. The MAGNUM® miniature
x-ray tube has higher flux, improved stability, and
a smaller x-ray spot size. The New 40kV Magnum Reflection x-ray tubes offer higher output and smaller spot size compared to transmission tubes. Tube
Control Options: FTC-200 Controller. The FTC-200 X-Ray Tube Controller is designed to power,
control, and monitor miniature x-ray tubes.
The controller contains all of the necessary electronics to operate the
high voltage power supply. It provides input power to the high voltage
power supply and controls the high voltage and emission current settings
of the tube. The FTC-200 Controller includes built-in meters for convenient
monitoring and display of the high voltage and emission current. |
